drywors

Drywors is a South African snack food based on the traditional, coriander-seed and spiced dry sausage.

It is usually made from dun wors (Afrikaan "thin sausage") rather than dik wors ("thick sausage"), as the thinner sausage dries more quickly and is thus less likely to spoil before it can be preserved.

We only use the best quality of meats and no off cuts. There is 70% beef and 20% pork with only 10% fat.
